We do know your items have a real and affective value and we don’t want to underestimate them, that’s why we offer you two different solutions to trade or sell them at the right price.
We will accurately value your collectibles based on your photos and descriptions, once you know our offer and you agree with that you will be ready to ship your items to us. |

Once
we receive your items we check them again so that we can confirm
our offer and you will be immediately able to use your GoldenPot
discount ticket to buy everything you like into our store. You have one year to use your discount ticket and you can use it to pay up to the 50% of the total bill. Example: Mario wants to trade his “D&D manual” with a recognised market value of 100€, he can buy 200€ of items on our store and he just pays 100€ cash + his D&D manual. We still keep the right to change our offer or send your items back to you if they don’t correspond to the previous descriptions and/or they have been damaged by the shipping process, as you can read in the term and conditions section at the bottom of this page. |

We
at the GoldenPot analyze your photos and description carefully
and try to value your items as accurately as possible before you
ship them, so that you don’t have to waste your time and pay
unnecessary shipping rates, however the only binding offers are
the ones that occur after the items are in hour hands and their
conditions have been verified and confirmed. We keep the right to propose you a new offer or send your items back to you if they don’t correspond to your previous descriptions and/or they have been damaged during the shipping process and/or we find any reason to doubt about their authenticity. In case we refuse the items the client has 30 days to pay the shipping cost and have his items back, after this period we keep the right to throw away your items. Please understand that this is not a plan to obtain your objects without paying, we just don’t want people to send their garbage to us hoping for a payment. 30 days are enough to pay few euros of shipping and we are open to loose this limits if a real problem occurs. |
